Remote access to Ancestry Library Edition has been temporarily expanded to library cardholders working remotely, courtesy of ProQuest and its partner Ancestry. Remote access will be available until June 30, 2021 and will be re-evaluated monthly as needed.
Your InfoSoup Library Card Number is required for Remote Access to Ancestry Library Edition.
Our RB Digital magazine collection is now on OverDrive! The RB Digital app and website are still currently available, but will be going away soon. Please start to use the Libby app or WPLC OverDrive web site for checking out digital magazines.
Unlike RB Digital magazines, OverDrive magazines will come with a checkout date. You can set your lending period to 7, 14, or 21 days. Most magazines will be always available and can be checked out multiple times. More importantly, Magazines do not count toward your checkout limit. For most magazines, three years worth of back issues will be available. Visit OverDrive magazines now.
We believe Shoutbomb issues have been resolved. If you have previously signed up for the service, please text mycards to 833 403 0523 to confirm if your library card is registered with the service. You can also text hl to see if you have any items on hold and mybooks to see what items you have checked out.
If your card is not registered, please follow the instructions on the Shoutbomb page to sign up again. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue to have issues with this service, please contact your local library with details.

We continue to get reports from users not getting their text notifications about library materials. We are working with the vendor to try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Until the problem is resolved, we recommend also getting email notices and checking your account online regularly to see if material is available or due to return. We apologize for the inconvenience.
